Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within one month without giving reasons. The cancellation period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email).

Right of withdrawal and refund
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you the total amount of all orders we have received from you.
The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
In no event will we charge you any fees for this refund. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back in their original condition, ideally in the original box. The goods should be returned or handed over to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
The return costs correspond to the original delivery costs. We do not cover these costs.
You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
After you have declared your revocation, we will contact you immediately. The return will be handled by our partner GLS, who will take care of reliable transport.
For your return you will receive practical PDF parcel labels by email. Simply print these out and attach each parcel label to the top of the relevant parcel in a clearly visible location. Each package receives its own parcel label to ensure smooth processing. Depending on your location, GLS automatically informs us of the nearest parcel shop where you can easily drop off the parcels. There are no additional costs on site; the packages simply have to be handed over.
As soon as we have received the returned goods, we carry out a comprehensive check for completeness and functionality. The total amount will then be refunded directly.
